How is seo panel compared to others?

I'm referring to the SEO Panel site here - https://www.seopanel.org/

Is it any good compared to what Google and others offer out there? I found this one, and I'm not sure if it's legit and safe. The site to me looks a bit dated, but if it's a good quality service, I may give it a chance.

Any pros and cons to using their service?

I've never used it myself, but I hear it's fairly good. Although, I think Google offers enough as it is, I don't really see a point in using other SEO control panels out there, as I feel Google has it mostly covered as it is.
