Adding keywords within the title of a post help?

I know that adding keywords in the text of an article helps a lot with SEO. I also know that the title in itself can be a keyword. Do you think the title of the article itself makes for a good set of keywords if done right? Should you title articles and blog posts with keywords in mind?

Some people try to make their titles keyword rich, so that those keywords help draw traffic to it. Just like having keywords within the text, it helps Google locate it easier when it decides to crawl the site and rank it.
